Dopamine Barrier ("the Service") is a mobile application designed to help users manage their app usage time and limit screen time to improve digital wellbeing.
These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of this Service.
2. Service Usage
The Service is basically provided free of charge and is available to anyone.
We also operate a paid subscription service called Focus+ that provides additional features.
Users must comply with these terms and must not engage in the following activities:
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Causing harm to other users
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the Service
3. User Rights and Obligations

4. Focus+ Subscription Service
Focus+ is our premium subscription service that provides the following additional features:
- Increased blocking groups (2 → 4)
- Increased routines (1 → 2)
- "Just 5 minutes!" temporary unlock feature available
- Premium characters available
The subscription service is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.
Subscription billing and management follow each platform's (App Store, Google Play) policies.
When purchasing this service through the Apple App Store, the Apple EULA (End User License Agreement) shall apply by default.
5. Service Provision and Changes
The Service is continuously improved to provide users with the best experience.
The content, features, design, etc. of the Service may be changed without prior notice.
In case of significant changes, users will be notified through in-app announcements or updates.
6. Service Usage Restrictions
Service usage may be restricted in the following cases:
- Temporary suspension due to technical issues
- Regular maintenance and updates
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, etc.)
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the content, design, logos, trademarks, etc. included in the Service belong to the developer.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify these without the developer's prior permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for the following:
- Direct or indirect damages caused by Service usage
- Inconvenience due to temporary Service suspension
- Issues caused by user negligence
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to these terms shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In case of disputes, we will strive to resolve them through mutual consultation, and if necessary, through the competent court.

These terms may be changed as necessary, and the updated terms will be announced on this page.
